Nancy Culhane is a psychotherapist and community educator in San Anselmo, California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has worked in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License Number 17271) since 1982. Nancy is a graduate of the Advanced Psychotherapy program taught by Terrence Real at the Relational Life Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is highly regarded as an advocate of healthy relationships both inside and outside the home. With an impressive background in community psychology, Nancy believes that individual issues are often best understood in the broader human context, which takes into account the combined influences of family, cultural factors and society at large. |

| Nancy is regarded as a collaborative leader in her local community, as well as with international humanitarian projects. She has developed innovative programs, youth service components, and environmental education curricula for schools, non-profit groups and international service organizations. Current projects include labors of love with Unbroken Chain Foundation, Homeward Bound of Marin, Seeds of Learning, Habitat for Humanity, and Heifer International. Nancy is also a member of the Bay Area Women's and Children's Center Advisory Board. |
